Our vision is for greater opportunities for collaboration and shared learning and the aspiration to develop a culture of continuous learning and improvement in and across organisations that work together to safeguard and promote the welfare of children, identifying opportunities to draw on what works and promote ethical practice.

The Haringey Children's Academy is a virtual Academy.
It draws together “five faculties”, modelled on that of a University.

The Faculties will all share a set of common values that will underpin their work and vision. The values will be central to the Academy’s identity and shape its work culture, driving improvement to achieve better outcomes but equally more positive experiences for those using services.
