HCA & YJS- Integrating Anti-Racist Theory in Frontline Practice: Addressing Disproportionality in Youth engagement

Key objectives:

1.Incorporate Anti-Racism: Integrate anti-racist principles into frontline practices.
2.Staff Training: Educate staff on addressing disproportionality in youth engagement.
3.Policy Revision: Revise policies for equity and diversity, aligning with anti-racist values.
4.Youth Empowerment: Engage marginalized youth in shaping their services and decisions.
5.Equitable Approach: Ensure fairness and inclusivity in youth interactions.

Aims:

The learning aim is to equip frontline professionals with the skills and knowledge to integrate anti-racist principles into their work, aiming to address and reduce disparities in youth engagement. This includes training on equitable practices, revising policies for diversity, and empowering youth participation, ensuring an inclusive approach in service provision.
