HCA - Understanding processes in non-accidental injury (nai)

Participants:

This session is aimed at frontline practitioners from Assessment, and Safeguarding Services and colleagues from the Met CAIT Team; Up to 30 participants.

 

The workshop will cover:

• Key people involved
• process (from referral)
• Signposting to relevant resources (printable sheet)
• Being objective and not distracted by injuries.

Learning objectives:

• Key processes
• Roles & responsibilities of each agency/ working together.
• To know and apply what information is required and how/what to assess from different agency perspective.
