HCA - Court work – Understanding Public Law Outline

This session is aimed at qualified social workers

The training session is from 10:00-12:00 and will be held via Teams

The objectives of the session are:

• To introduce revised PLO documents

- PLO processes and guidance document”         

- PLO letter

- Exit PLO letter

- PLO Plan, flowchart and Timeline

- Letter of intent to issue proceedings

• To enhance the understanding of the Public Law Outline – pre-proceedings processes
• To look at PLO and legal case tracker.
