HCA -Assessment and Analysis

       Part of the TalkingLife family

This is a whole-day training, from 09:30-16:30
The training session will take be held online via Teams

Participants who attend this training will have the opportunity to: 

• Consider research evidence and findings from Serious Case Reviews to inform assessment, decision making and planning
• Explore the key (Anchor) principles that underpin effective child-focused assessment in families where adults face complex life difficulties
• Consider how to generate and analyse information and provide good evidence on which to build decisions
• Develop questions that enable robust analysis of risk from a strengths-based perspective
• Consider how to use evidenced based (structured) professional judgement when analysing information and reaching conclusions.

 *You are expected to have completed Chronologies training before registering for this*
