FH: Trauma Insight Resource & Emotional Safety Plan training

The aim of this training session:
‘Unresolved trauma can negatively affect every aspect of life so discovering the root of fears, insecurities and sabotaging life patterns is crucial to enhance the possibility for recovery and sustained change. The trauma insight resource training with provide clarity on adversity and offer advice, guidance, and examples of how to open up difficult, often avoided conversations for professionals working with individuals presenting with multiple & complex needs in whatever capacity’.
The Emotional Safety Plan is a tool that can equip both professionals and practitioners to focus on emotional safety and reflect on their emotional needs, including feeling heard, seen and having their needs met through verbal and non-verbal communication.
This training is aimed at any practitioner working with families including in Early Help, social care, Midwifery, Health Visiting or School Nurses
