Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) training programme.

This programme consists of 3 half day sessions to equip front line practitioners with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to embed FGDM in your work.

Case Studies

Session 2 looks at:

Establishing who is part of the network

Dealing with resistance

The range of tools available to identify key people in a child and family’s life:

Genograms, Ecomaps, Connectivity circles, Family safety circles and Culturagrams.

Session 3 delves into:

Preparing for family network meetings

Valuing the whole story

Creating a family plan

Reviewing the plan
