EH: Neurodiversity and Conflict - The Impact of ADHD within Families and Outside Relationships with focus on Youth
This session is designed to help increase your knowledge, understanding and confidence around ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).
We will explore how conflict situations may arise where there is a child or young person diagnosed with, or suspected of having, ADHD.
'The session will cover what ADHD is, its presentation and why this is - how the ADHD brain is different, the impact on day-to-day living skills, the positive traits, diagnostic criteria and medication'

You’ll be provided with practical ideas and strategies to help build your ADHD-friendly toolkit and promote effective engagement.
