Building confidence around infant feeding

Learning objectives:

• To understand the UNICEF Baby Friendly infant feeding standards and how they help to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for all families living in Haringey
• To raise awareness of the potential impact of infant feeding & relationship building on the health of babies, their mothers and the wider population
• To encourage collaborative working and to understand the infant feeding referral pathways & resources available in Haringey
• To feel confident in understanding the international code of marketing of breastmilk substitutes (infant formula)
